I have four photos that I want to for the cells I create the overall mosaic. My background photo is the earth, each of the four cells are then to be used to fill in one of the four basic colors: blue, white, green or yellow that are in the source photo. I am trying to find out if there is a way to id each cell and then assign them to specific areas of the mosaic. It would be great if I could simple identify the color of each cell and match the original that way. Short of that, I was wondering if there was some way to go into the grid and assign a number to each photo and then handle place them in the grid. Is this possible? Has anyone tried to use this program for such a purpose?
I am currently using the program through the 30 day trial to ascertain if it will work for my purpose. Therefore, I'd appreciate a response ASAP.

| You can't assign cell images to cells manually. You can use some tricks to get your result. You may use filling matrix and define part of source image to fill. Then you can merge result mosaics to one. |

| maybe I'm misunderstanding your question, but I used mosaic creator for something like this. I took 6 pictures and used mosaic creator to match them to an image, and then used the spreadsheet output to know which picture went where and then used that spreadsheet to place my real world objects on a board. |
